DACPOWER brushless alternator head in the 6.8 kW / 8.5 kVA class, wound with 100% copper to a 2/3 pitch design and offered with either single or double bearing arrangement. With IP23 protection and Class H insulation, it is built as a factory-fresh head for diesel generating sets, lighting towers and industrial standby plant where a maintenance-free brushless excitation system is preferred over the brush/harmonic ST type. The 50 Hz machine is the natural Chinese counterpart to Western 7 kVA class single-bearing heads such as the Leroy-Somer LSA 37 M7 fitted to Kubota D905-powered light towers. It is not a guaranteed direct replacement - confirm the SAE flange, drive-disc and shaft details with us before ordering. The factory publishes copper core stack lengths (95 mm on the 5 kW frame, 120 mm on 12 kW, 180 mm on 20 kW) as evidence of the winding specification.
