What this workflow does
OmniList can convert a structured spreadsheet into published marketplace listings and an online shop. The spreadsheet supplies the listing data; uploaded media remains stored separately and is referenced with public URLs.
- Download the latest import template from the dashboard.
- Upload images and files to Upload Wallet first.
- Use stable public media URLs in the matching spreadsheet columns.
- Import a small test batch before a large catalogue.
Prepare clean listing data
Use one row per listing. Keep titles specific, descriptions original, prices numeric and currency codes consistent. Choose the correct listing system because goods, jobs, properties and vehicles have different required fields.
- Do not reuse the same title and identifying fields for duplicate rows.
- Use ISO-style dates and preserve the template headers.
- Leave unsupported fields blank instead of inventing values.
Validate before publishing
After import, open several records on desktop and mobile. Confirm titles, images, prices, countries, availability and seller contact details. Correct the source spreadsheet as well as the live listing so the catalogue remains maintainable.
- Check public URLs while signed out.
- Confirm expired or scheduled listings are not shown early.
- Export the catalogue again to verify round-trip data quality.
