Multi Trade Operative

Join a well-established social housing contractor on a permanent contract as a Multi Trade Operative with a Carpentry Bias , carrying out repairs across empty and occupied properties. I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in carpentry, joinery, multi-trade repairs or social housing . The Multi Trade role is offering: • £37,500 per year • Bonus scheme with the opportunity to earn more • Company van and fuel card • 35 days annual leave including bank holidays • Option to buy and sell annual leave • Overtime opportunities • Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours • Tools, uniform, iPad, mobile phone and PPE provided • Pension with matched contributions up to 7% • Permanent, secure employment • Consistent workload within your dedicated area As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be: • Carrying out carpentry and joinery repairs • Completing 1st and 2nd fix carpentry • Carrying out 2nd fix plumbing • Completing patch plastering and repairs • Carrying out tiling repairs • Completing general multi-trade repairs • Working across empty and occupied properties • Completing repairs and maintenance to a high standard I'd love to speak to anyone who has: • A recognised carpentry or joinery qualification • Previous experience in social housing repairs • Strong carpentry and joinery skills • Experience with 2nd fix plumbing, patch plastering and tiling • Previous multi-trade repair experience • Experience working in both occupied and empty properties • A full UK driving licence If this Multi Trade – Carpentry Bias role sounds like something you'd be interested in, apply now or contact Sam.
