Warehouse Operative - PM Shift

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join the team on the PM shift. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties, such as loading vehicles in a safe, organised and timely manner and ensuring Mattress bays are kept clear. Hours: Mon – Thurs 1.30pm – 9.45pm and Friday 12pm – 7pm Location: Westland Road, Beeston Leeds. LS11 5SB Key Responsibilities: Transferring finished products from the factory floor, storing them in the correct bay location. To ensure products are handled with upmost care and attention and reporting in the first instance any quality issues Ensure items are moved, loaded or stored are all scanned in real time, located correctly and accurately Loading vehicles with products for the next day's delivery Using a scanning system to locate products General housekeeping Skills & Experience Required: Great position for someone wanting to start or continue their career in a busy manufacturing environment. The role will be extremely varied and fast paced with heavy handling. You'll work as part of a team with support from a cross section of departments as well as opportunities for training and development. Warehouse experience preferable. Comfortable with manual handling although full training will be given. Good communication skills .
