Warehouse Operatives People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, consistent Monday to Friday working (Static days / AM shifts) with room to develop and progress within a busy warehouse environment. This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Labelling Associate or Inventory Control.. Shifts: Monday - Friday: 08.00am – 16.30pm and Monday to Friday: 06.00am – 14.00pm (Static shift) Pay rate: £12.71 per hour Benefits Your benefits as a Warehouse Operative are: Weekly pay Competitive rates of pay No weekend working Training & Development On site refurbished Canteen facilities Free tea and coffee available On site Parking (free) Access to Employee Assistance Program Employee recognition scheme Employee referral program Permanent positions available for suitable candidates Day to Day Duties As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to: Perform general packing / re-packaging duties Labelling products accurately Rework products as required Kitting and value – added service activities (VAS) Moving stock around the warehouse using manual handling techniques (no heavy lifting) Dispatching products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Scanning and stock control Quality checks Meet the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner Following health and safety procedures at all times Essential Skills Skills needed to be a Packing Operative with our client are: Basic level of English required Reliable and punctual Communication skills Manual dexterity and attention to detail Physically fit for standing and movement over long periods Desirable Experience Desirable experience needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client is: Warehouse experience but not essential as full training provided Previous experience in E-commerce fulfilment and Value add service operations would be advantageous (labelling, rework, , bundling, etc) Training Industry related training and ongoing support throughout Apply : If you are interested in this role, please apply today and a member of our team will be in touch.
